How much does this cost
We are able to accept instructions with different methods of funding. These include:
- ‘No win no fee’ (conditional fee agreement)
- Legal expenses insurance
- Private paying
The availability of the different funding options will vary depending on the particular circumstances of your matter. We will discuss the different funding options available to you at the outset. We will also provide you with estimates of costs going forward in order that you are able to control expenditure, which is especially important for privately funded matters.
'No win, no fee' or Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA)
Firstly, we will undertake a risk assessment of your case for a fixed fee. If your case is suitable, we will enter into a CFA with you, which will mean the initial fixed fee will be covered by the CFA.
The first step is to speak with one of our contentious probate team as part of a free initial telephone consultation for a preliminary assessment of your case. You can contact us on 01384 410410 and ask to speak with James Coles or Susan Ford. Alternatively, you can e-mail us your enquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org providing a brief summary of the issues, along with your contact details or, if you prefer, you can use the online enquiry form, and we will contact you for an initial free telephone consultation.
We are unable to accept instructions as part of the Community Legal Service scheme (commonly referred to as Legal Aid).
