George Green LLP is delighted to announce the election of litigation solicitor George Gwynn to the partnership, effective 1 April 2026.
George joined the firm’s litigation team as a solicitor six years ago. Since then, he has been recognised as a leading practitioner in the Midlands legal market. He is described by legal directories as a talented and highly effective litigator, noted for his work on shareholder disputes, challenging insurance declinatures and complex commercial litigation. He is also recognised in the Chambers UK 2026 Guide as an “Associate to Watch” for his notable skill in disputes arising from commercial transactions.
Throughout his career, George has acted in high‑value and complex cases before the Court of Appeal, the High Court (Business and Property Courts), the Technology and Construction Court and the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court. His experience includes significant work on contested trials, adjudications, mediations and multi‑party disputes across a range of industries.
