Rikki Bateman

Rikki joined the firm's residential conveyancing department in January 2026, based in the Cradley Heath office.

Rikki qualified as a solicitor in December 2005 and has specialised in residential conveyancing throughout his career. He has worked exclusively for firms in the Birmingham and Black Country area and he spent the past 11 years at Jordans Solicitors in Halesowen, where he also served as a Director for three years.

Rikki has extensive experience in all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters, transfers of equity, and new-build properties. His practical approach and deep knowledge of conveyancing ensure clients receive clear, efficient, and reliable advice.

Outside of work, Rikki enjoys an active lifestyle, regularly going to the gym. He is an avid reader, a fan of music and comedy gigs, and has a love for travel and exploring new places. At home, he shares life with his wife and three rescue cats and has a particular fondness for cheesy horror movies.
