David Stevenson

As George Green’s Chief Executive David’s focus is on clients and people, making a difference by helping the firm’s clients succeed and its people be the best that they can be. He therefore spends time listening to clients to find out what they want and then, vitally, ensuring that this is delivered by attracting and developing the right people. David measures success by the provision of superb client service and a great place to work, neither of which come about by accident.

Previously, David, a solicitor, worked as a corporate finance partner at Eversheds and subsequently at Pinsent Masons where, in addition, he held a variety of positions on the leadership team of that firm's  Corporate Group. More recently he sat on the Main Board at Shakespeares where he was Head of the firm's Commercial Services Group.

Consistently ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers directories, David’s reputation is founded on  a passion for getting his clients to where they want to get to and his ability to motivate and energise those around him to do the same.
