Overview of Charlette’s practice

Charlette graduated from the University of Worcester in 2020 with a law degree and then went on to graduate from the University of Law after completing the Legal Practice Course LLM in Professional Legal Practice.

Charlette qualified as a Solicitor in January 2024 and moved to George Green in April 2025 as a Corporate Solicitor. Prior to qualifying Charlette was a paralegal within the Corporate team and spent most of her time as a Trainee Solicitor focusing on Corporate transactions whilst also gaining experience in Commercial, Commercial Property and Private Client.

Recent Experience

Acquisitions and sales of companies;
Loan agreements and security;
Company incorporations; and
Shareholders Agreements and Articles of Association.

Outside of work Charlette enjoys going to the gym, socialising with family and friends as well as going on spontaneous trips.
