George Green LLP is delighted to announce the expansion of its Employment Law team with the recent appointments of Associate Solicitor Kate Fellows and Solicitor Emma Tetsill.
Kate Fellows joins the firm with over eight years of experience advising on a wide range of employment law matters. Known for her solution-driven and jargon-free approach, Kate has built a reputation for delivering clear, practical advice to both individual and business clients.

Emma Tetsill, who completed her training contract with George Green LLP, officially joined the Employment team in September. Since then, she has been actively involved in drafting and advising on settlement agreements, as well as reviewing and preparing employment contracts, handbooks, and workplace policies.
“It’s exciting to continue my journey with George Green LLP as part of the Employment team. I am passionate about helping clients create strong, compliant workplace practices and I’m eager to keep building my expertise,” said Emma.
Both Kate and Emma will be working alongside Head of Employment Amy Brokenshire from the firm’s Wolverhampton office, further strengthening the team’s capacity to support clients with expert legal guidance.
