Overview of Harman’s Practice
Harman qualified as a solicitor in November 2024 and joined George Green LLP in June 2025. He has developed a strong foundation in commercial property, with additional experience in residential development, construction, and agricultural matters.

Harman regularly advises clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, as well as landlord and tenant matters. His work spans various sectors, such as retail, industrial, charity, and property investment.

Recent Experience

• Acted for a client on the acquisition of an industrial unit for £1million, acting on behalf of both the borrower and the lender to successfully complete the transaction.
• Represented a retail client in the grant of a lease, which included negotiating an associated option agreement.
• Acted for a charitable organisation in the purchase of a Church, ensuring full compliance with all applicable charity law regulations and governance requirements.

Harman enjoys staying active. He regularly plays football and padel and enjoys going to the gym.
