The George Green Corporate team have recently acted for the Servton Group on the acquisition of Intelligent Drainage Solutions Ltd, a noted drainage innovations company.
Leading the transaction on buyer-side were Sarah Ward and Kate Hackett, Corporate Partners at George Green who were primarily assisted by Solicitor, Charlette McDermott and Trainee Solicitor, Lily Johnstone.
This acquisition represents an exciting step forward for Servtron as they continue to strengthen their capabilities and expand their service offering.
