The George Green Corporate team have acted on the sale of FleetMilne (Birmingham) Limited, an award-winning estate and letting agents based in the centre of Birmingham

Leading the transaction on seller-side was Sarah Ward, Corporate Partner at George Green who was primarily assisted by Solicitor, Charlette McDermott and Trainee Solicitor, Lily Johnstone.

The team acted for Nicola Fleet-Milne on the sale to Foxtons, London’s number one estate agency and a listed business, in a deal that marks a significant milestone for both companies and which promises to open up new opportunities for clients of both businesses across Birmingham and beyond.

FleetMilne is an award-winning estate and letting agent based on Colmore Row, right in the heart of Birmingham city centre, and has been independent since it was founded by Nicola Fleet-Milne in 2004. FleetMilne have focused on a niche market offering expertise for letting, managing, selling, and consulting on high-quality city centre apartments.
