The Private Client team of leading Midlands law firm George Green has once again been recognised as one of the Midlands leading Private Client teams in the latest Chambers & Partners High Net Worth directory.

The latest edition of Chambers & Partners High Net Worth directory (“Chambers HNW”) which benchmarks lawyers and law firms operating in the private wealth sector using a market research based model, has just been published. This has once again confirmed the success of George Green’s strategy, which puts clients first.

Feedback contained in Chambers HNW, quoted from interviewees, includes this praise for the team:

"George Green LLP has a range of extremely talented individuals with a depth of experience suited to our requirements." Another source describes the firm as a "very professional and experienced team."

Team head, Claire Pottinger, has been placed at the top of the rankings in Band 1 following the researchers’ enquiries of the firm’s clients and other market participants. Claire is marked out for praise with one interviewee commenting:

"Claire is a consummate professional and a joy to work with." Another source states: "She provides a prompt and efficient service and relates well to clients."

Private Client Partner, Louise Axford, has been ranked as “Up and Coming” with an interviewee quoted as saying:

"I can only say good things about Louise. She is responsive, practical, great with the clients and always very helpful and professional. She's a delight to work with."

Private Wealth Disputes Partner, Liam Owen, has also been ranked “Up and Coming” and a source states:

"Liam is totally dedicated to knowing his client's case, its strengths and weaknesses, and the optimum way to pursue it. He is a dedicated strategist." Another interviewee says: "I have found Liam to be very knowledgeable in his field, very helpful and professional at all times."

In addition, Associate, Susan Ford, who deals with contentious probate as well as property and commercial litigation, has been ranked as in “Associates to watch”
