George Green LLP is delighted to announce the promotion of Heather Smith to associate solicitor in the commercial property team, effective 1 April 2026.
Heather joined the firm in 2018 and advises on all aspects of commercial property work, with particular expertise in secured lending transactions, acting for both borrowers and lenders.
Heather has acted for clients across a variety of sectors, including social care, retail, property investment and industrial, and has advised property developers on residential development acquisitions involving overage, conditional sale agreements and option agreements.
