Midlands law firm George Green LLP raised funds during the course of 2019 for Leapgate Activity Centre.

Leapgate is a recently established charity aimed at providing much needed educational and vocational training and support to adults with learning disabilities.

George Green LLP and its staff held various fundraising events and activities throughout 2019, including a team undertaking The Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge. The Firm raised a grand total of  £3,891.60.

David Stevenson, Chief Executive George Green, said “Each year we ask staff to nominate a charity for us to focus all our efforts on throughout the year. We were delighted to support Leapgate – a great local cause. Whilst the Three Peaks challenge might have been the highlight event, albeit those involved – including myself – might not have regarded it as such 20 miles in driving wind and rain, many other events took place throughout the year involving most members of the firm. I would like to thank all our staff for their wonderful efforts".
