George Green LLP Advises on Brandenburg Sale

Leading Midlands law firm George Green LLP have advised Brandenburg (UK) Limited, as well as its US and Indian affiliated entities (Brandenburg Na, LLC and Brandenburg India Pvt Ltd respectively) on its sale to the Pelsis Group, for an undisclosed amount.

The deal was coordinated by George Green LLP’s corporate team, led by partner Philip Round, and assisted by Andrew Ward and Jade Langford. Employment law partner of George Green LLP, Beverley Smith and commercial partner James Bird also contributed to the advice throughout the deal.

Brandenburg (UK) Limited was established in 1949 and operates as a manufacturer of commercial and residential flying and biting insect control systems - designing and manufacturing the first insect Light Trap in 1961.
