The George Green corporate team was led by partner and head of team, Sarah Ward. Sarah was supported by Matthew Martin, Anna Papadopoullos and Rachel Humphries (all pictured in the photo) and employment partner Amy Brokenshire.  Patrick Allan of Parisi Tax also provided advice.

The deal was brokered and managed by Adam Whistance, head of insurance M & A at BDO.

TLO specialises primarily in the legal sector, providing insurance solutions to a wide range of firms and individuals that provide professional advisory services, including barristers, solicitor’s practices, arbitrators and mediators, as well as accountants, investment agents, surveyors and estate trustees. The team at TLO has an entrenched and long-standing understanding of the professional indemnity market.
