What is a form C1A?

When a party applies to the Court for a child arrangements order they do so on a form known as a C100. Where that party has concerns about harm, or risk of harm, they will also need to complete and file a form C1A.

A C1A allows a party to raise concerns about domestic abuse or harm to either themselves or to the children.

It is important to ensure this form is completed at the outset if concerns of harm or potential harm are going to need to be a consideration in the proceedings.

This form can also be completed by a Respondent who has received an issued form C100 from the court.
