Overview of Sam’s practice

Sam is a newly qualified solicitor and works mainly with Kam Johal and Sarah Ward in the Corporate team. To date, Sam has worked on a variety of corporate matters including M&A transactions, corporate re-organisations, management buyouts and demergers.

Sam commenced his training contract at the firm in March 2023 and spent time working in the Commercial Property and Litigation teams before moving to the Corporate team in March 2024. Prior to joining George Green, Sam studied history at Cardiff University and then completed the GDL and LPC in Birmingham.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his family, reading and hiking.
