Recent experience

Assisted clients in submitting their annual report in their role as Deputies, to the Court, and assisting with any enquiries raised by the Court.

Administered an estate of a paraplegic gentleman, which included dealing with his employed carers in paying their redundancy payments and outstanding pay claims.

Administered estates valued in excess of £1million, both where there is a Will and in intestate cases.

Helped clients where a parent passed away many years ago and nothing was ever done with the Estate then the second parent has now passed and the firm has to administer both Estates.

Applied to the Court of Protection to retire a Deputy who was finding it too difficult to manage as they were getting older and applied to appoint replacement Deputies in his place.

And for something else ………….

Being born and raised in Brierley Hill, Louise is Black Country through and through and she is proud of a shared heritage and local area with the firm. Outside of the office she enjoys switching off through walking and birdwatching and enjoy spending time in the many local nature reserves on the doorstep. Louise also enjoys reading, especially a good, unrealistic, crime thriller!
