Louise joined George Green in September 2014 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified into our Private Client team in 2016. She studied History at the University of Sheffield, graduating in 2012. Upon moving to Birmingham, she then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, achieving a Distinction in both.
Louise has a particular interest in the administration of trusts and estates and provides clients with practical, down to earth advice regarding the tax implications and legal formalities involved but deals with a variety of private client matters including:-
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and General Powers of Attorney
- Administration of Estates
- Court of Protection matters, including Deputyship applications
Louise is a member of the Law Society Private Client Section and Chair of the firm’s Charity Committee. She is currently undertaking her STEP Diploma and is a member of the STEP Birmingham branch. She is also a Dementia Friend.
