Recent experience

  • Working alongside the Corporate team in a share re-organisation for a longstanding manufacturing client (with turnover of c£200m) to include the creation of a trust and loan agreement to help with a residential property purchase.
  • Acting for over 100 different clients and their families in resolving issues as a result of the law firm McClures Solicitors going into administration. This included dealing with changes of trustee, bringing trusts to an end and dealing with inheritance tax charges.

  • Dealing with estates where there has been significant inheritance tax payable, complex overseas aspects and APR/BPR claims.

And for something else ………….

Working full time means most of Louise’s spare time is spent with her young daughter, so weekends are spent at soft play or the park. Her family live in Scotland so much of her annual leave is spent travelling up and exploring the Scottish countryside. She also loves a holiday in the sun which isn’t as relaxing as it once was with a small person around!
