Overview of Lydia’s practice

Lydia is a Paralegal in the Commercial Property Team at George Green LLP. Lydia joined the firm in 2020 and has 10 years’ experience in the legal profession.

Recent experience

Lydia deals with a variety of property transactions, however, her primary focus is on plot sales. Lydia supports the development team, who deal with land acquisitions on behalf of developer clients and development site set-ups. Lydia has experience of working with a wide range of property developers from well-established UK-wide developers to smaller first-time developers.

Lydia also deals with residential and commercial sales/purchases and landlord and tenant work.

And, for something else……

Outside of work Lydia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, National Trust walks/visiting National Trust sites and Pilates.
