Overview of Laura’s practice

Laura joined George Green as a trainee in 2021 and qualified into the commercial property department in 2023.   Laura provides advice on a wide range of commercial property issues. She advises both landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial lease transactions and is able to assist with the grant of new or renewal leases, assignments, lease variations and lease surrenders. Laura has experience of dealing with a wide range of property acquisitions and disposals, and often provides assistance with the property aspects of corporate transactions.

Laura acts for a variety of clients including property developers and investors, businesses in the industrial and retail sectors, and individuals.

Recent Experience

• Acting on the purchase of an industrial unit which was worth £1.2 million
• Assisting with a £3.6 million acquisition of an industrial site which was purchased through development funding
• Advising on the acquisition of a small portfolio of 7 sites for residential development

Laura enjoys yoga classes, working out at the gym, and running. Her weekends are spent hiking in the countryside or spending time with her friends and family.
