Overview of Jonathan’s practice
Jonathan is a solicitor in the corporate services team. Having graduated from Keele University with a BSC in Biomedical Science, Jonathan then converted to law by obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law in Moorgate London. Continuing his studies there, Jonathan successfully completed his LPC.
Upon qualification Jonathan joined George Green practicing corporate law and has been involved in specialisms M&A, corporate restructuring, management buyouts, articles of association, incorporations and company secretarial work. With a keen work ethic Jonathan is a people focused lawyer, delivering peace of mind and approaching every transaction with pragmatism and efficiency.

- Advising on a £26 million sale of a leading regional IT consultancy firm based in the Thames Valley.
- Advised with regards to share structuring and succession planning within the industrial solutions market.

Outside of work Jonathan stays active at the gym through weight training and swimming. When work and social life allows, Jonathan is a keen video gamer having attended international Esports events (unfortunately only as a fan).
