Coronavirus Update - George Green LLP
This is obviously a challenging and worrying time for all of us. Whilst our overriding concern is the safeguarding of the health and welfare of our staff, clients (particularly the elderly and vulnerable) and their families, we remain both willing, and vitally, very able to look after our clients and their needs. Indeed, we are very conscious that it is at this precise time that you might well need our help in navigating through the many issues the current situation is throwing your way.
Given the critical need to apply strict social distancing measures our staff are not attending our offices but are working normal office hours remotely from their homes. Our people are able to access our network remotely, safely and securely, we have a robust set of policies and procedures regarding remote working and we are fully equipped in terms of infrastructure and IT support.
Post – we have provisions in place to manage incoming post, however where possible we kindly ask you to email any correspondence.
Telephone calls and emails – all telephone calls and emails will be dealt with as usual.
Meetings – we will continue to have meetings over the telephone or via Zoom and other telephone / video conferencing services.
Be in no doubt then that we are 100% committed to provide to all clients what I am very confident will continue to be a seamless and excellent client experience.
Perhaps never before has our cultural approach been so apt.
