George Green LLP Advise on Management Buy-Out

Leading Law firm George Green LLP’s corporate team have advised in connection with a management buy-out (MBO) at Black Country manufacturing firm, Bowman Stor, the company behind the world’s first condensate filter made from recycled glass.

The deal involved a significant capital investment from Frontier Development Capital (“FDC”), into the Walsall-based business. FDC was advised on the deal by George Green LLP’s corporate partner Philip Round.

Established in 1998, Bowman Stor designs, develops, manufactures and distributes industrial condensate filtration systems to domestic and international clients around the globe, across a range of sectors including automotive, aerospace, engineering, healthcare, water treatment and pharmaceutical.
