Overview of Jo’s practice

Joanne (Jo) is a corporate paralegal who has been with George Green for almost 40 years and has seen the firm evolve into the leading law firm that it is today.

Having joined George Green in 1985 in an office junior role, Jo then worked in several departments within the practice.  Since settling in the corporate department in 1997, Jo has worked as a PA to three senior partners before taking on her paralegal role.

Due to experience and knowledge accumulated over her time in the corporate department, Jo is able to assist her fellow fee-earners on various corporate transactions including reorganisations, M&A transactions and joint ventures and has become proficient in drafting routine board minutes and related ancillary documentation.

Jo also enjoys taking on a company secretarial role for clients assisting with company formations, statutory compliance and updating and maintaining both electronic and historic paper statutory registers.

Jo is married with two grown up sons.  Jo also has a young granddaughter who she especially likes to spoil and enjoys reading and spending quality time with family and friends.
