Over the month of May, the employees of George Green LLP initially set out to virtually walk/run/cycle the distance between their Wolverhampton office and Rome. However, in the first two weeks of May alone the group clocked up an amazing total of 911.31 mile, so it was therefore decided that the challenge would be extended to travel to Athens.

35 members of the firm tracked their individual walks/runs/bike rides and adding them together to reach a combined target of 1,884 miles: the equivalent of travelling from Wolverhampton to Athens.

A total of £375.25 was raised for the firm's charity of the year: Russell Hall Hospital, Baby Bereavement Campaign.

The Baby Bereavement Campaign was appointed as the firm’s charity of the year for 2023. This is in support of George Green’s employee, Mell, and her family following the devastating loss of their baby, George, in July 2022.

The team are hoping to raise as much money as possible to help support this amazing charity which helps to provide invaluable care to families in an unimaginable situation.
