Philippa joined the firm in 2014 and is a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Department.

Philippa acts for clients in contentious probate, property litigation and general commercial disputes.

Philippa has experience of a broad range of contentious probate disputes including acting for spouses, children and cohabitees in respect of their claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act (1975) as well as challenging wills on the grounds of lack of capacity, undue influence and want of knowledge and approval. Philippa also acts for executors and/or beneficiaries of estates in the defence of challenges against wills and the disposition of estates.

Philippa also acts for clients in boundary and right of way disputes as well as the recovery of rent arrears and lease forfeiture. Philippa also has experience in Landlord and Tenant Act lease renewal disputes.

Philippa deals with general commercial disputes including debt recovery and she advises a large international manufacturer in the defence of breach of contract claims.

In her spare time Philippa enjoys horse riding and cooking.
