Overview of Paul’s practice

Paul is a solicitor at George Green and is the head of the residential property team.

Paul qualified as a solicitor in September 2006 and undertakes a wide spectrum of residential property work for a broad range of clients. These clients include homeowners who are moving house, first time buyers, residential property developers, individuals and companies who are re-mortgaging their residential properties, residential property investors and lenders who require separate representation in relation to residential property transactions.

The transactions he undertakes include sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold residential properties, residential re-mortgages, residential investment/buy to let sales and purchases, auction sales and purchases, plot sales and purchases, transfers of equity, purchases of freehold reversions and residential lease extensions.

Paul loves spending quality time with his daughter Millie, son Zak and wife Jen but still finds time to enjoy his passion for Wolves speedway, Wolves football and Kent cricket as well as coaching Zak’s football team, FC Crystal Hurricanes, and cricket team, Swindon CC, Staffs.
