James joined George Green LLP in May 2017. He is a partner specialising in Regulatory and Licensing Law and has practised in this area for 15 years.
James advises clients on a wide range of regulatory and licensing matters including health and safety, coroners inquests, food safety and hygiene, healthcare, environment, water and waste, animal welfare, product liability and product recall, appealing regulatory statutory notices, trading law, advertising and promotions, pricing, and road traffic and transport. He also deals with a variety of licensing applications and hearings.
He is recommended in the Chambers and Partners’ directory for his expertise in Health and Safety and has been named as a ranked lawyer in its UK Wide Health and Safety entries since 2010 as a solicitor “held in high regard” who is “very diligent in everything that he does”.
