Susan is an associate solicitor in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. Susan predominantly deals with contentious probate work. Susan also handles property litigation, especially when it arises in the context of estate administration.

Susan has completed the ACTAPS course (The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) and handles a broad spectrum of disputes in this area including will validity disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Families and Dependants) Act 1975, executor disputes, removal and substitution claims and administration actions, breach of trust claims and common intention constructive trust disputes, proprietary estoppel claims as well as mutual wills disputes.
