Paul Woodman

Paul joined George Green in October 2014, having previously been working in Birmingham focussing on development transactions. Paul has been specialising in real estate work for over 20 years, acting for a wide range of clients, including developers, investors, housing associations and charities, and individual and corporate landlords and tenants.

He is experienced in the development, sale and purchase of both large estates and stand-alone units and working with clients with substantial property portfolios. He has developed particular know-how in dealing with property transactions in the education sector, guiding a number of schools through the academy conversion process and advising on related estate and asset management issues.

Paul can usually be found in his spare time ferrying his two daughters from one commitment to the next. He plays tennis when he can, likes to run, especially in the Shropshire hills, and is another long-suffering Aston Villa fan.
