Louise Axford

Louise joined George Green in September 2014 and was promoted to Partner in 2021.

Louise has a particular interest in the administration of trusts and estates and provides clients with practical, down to earth advice regarding the tax implications and legal formalities involved.

Louise deals with a variety of private client matters including:-

• Preparation of Wills
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and General Powers of Attorney
• Administration of Estates
• Court of Protection matters, including Deputyship applications

Louise is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and won a STEP Excellence Award in 2020 for achieving the highest mark in the STEP Certificate for Taxation of Trusts and Estates.

Louise is a member of the Law Society Private Client Section and Chair of the firm’s Charity Committee. She is also a Dementia Friend.
