Emma Fawkes-Underwood

Emma is a Partner in the Commercial Property Department. She qualified in September 2015.

Emma attended the University of Bristol to complete a degree in English and Philosophy. She went on to work for a Community Law Service for several years before returning to University to study Law.

Emma attended the University of Law in Birmingham where she did the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course before beginning a training contract with George Green in 2013.

Emma deals with a wide range of real estate matters, including the acquisition and disposal of both freehold and leasehold commercial properties, lettings, landlord and tenant work, residential development, secured lending and refinance transactions

Emma acts for a broad range of clients which include investment landlords , retail tenants, residential property developers and financial institutions.

During Emma's spare time she enjoys running and outdoor sports including snowboarding.
