Caroline Pain

Caroline is an Associate Solicitor at the Cradley Heath office, specialising in Residential Conveyancing.   Caroline qualified as a Solicitor in November 2005 and undertakes a wide range of residential property work for a wide spectrum of clients including homeowners, lenders, investors and first-time buyers. 

Caroline undertakes a wide variety of residential property transactions including sale and purchase transactions, freehold and leasehold properties, residential re-mortgages, auction sale and purchases, new build sales and purchases, transfers of equity, lease extensions and purchase of freehold reversions.

Caroline joined George Green LLP in January 2024 having previously worked at Glover Priest Solicitors in Quinton, Sydney Mitchell LLP in Sheldon and Coley & Tilley Solicitors in Birmingham City Centre.  Prior to that Caroline obtained a 2:1 LLB (Hons) degree from Sheffield University and a distinction in her Legal Practice Course.

Outside of work Caroline spends time at the gym and socialising with friends and spending time with family. She has also recently (nearly) finished renovating her home.
