Caroline Pain, with an impressive career in residential conveyancing, has extensive expertise in managing sale and purchase transactions, handling both freehold and leasehold properties. Her skill set also includes navigating residential re-mortgages, auction sale and purchases, new build sales and purchases, transfers of equity, lease extensions, and purchase of freehold reversions.
