A corporate team from George Green, led by Partner Paul Bennett, has advised new client Olive Communications in connection with a deal struck with Business Growth Fund (“BGF”) which sees BGF invest £10million into Olive by way of growth capital.

Olive Communications, founded in 2003, has grown to be one of the UK’s fastest growing business communications providers, employing 150 people across their three UK sites. The company has provided unified communications solutions to more than 7,000 corporate and small and mid-sized organisations to improve their IT infrastructure across voice, data, applications and mobile devices.
