Latest industry research clarifies George Green’s “top tier firm” status.

September has once again seen the publication of the latest edition of Legal 500, one of the leading Law Firm Directories which benchmarks law firms using its market based research model.

The 2016 edition of Legal 500 has confirmed the status of George Green as one of the West Midlands ‘leading’ law firms.

This latest published Legal 500 research sees both George Green’s leading Corporate & Commercial and Dispute Resolution teams confirmed as being at the top of the pile – with both being awarded a tier one ranking.

George Green’s Dispute Resolution lawyers are singled out by Legal 500 as “a trustworthy team which looks after clients really well” whilst partners James Coles and Morgan Rees are lauded by the firm’s clients respectively as “highly tactical and highly experienced” and “a real powerhouse who has conducted truly substantial litigation in Birmingham and London”. In addition Neil Williams continues to hold a place in the much sought after list of “leading individuals”.

Other George Green partners receiving plaudits in the latest Legal 500 publication are Corporate partner Guy Green, described as “a leader in his field” and also separately ranked as a leading individual after “leading practioners” listing,  and Commercial Property Partner Alex-Jayne Lowe who  clients say “goes way beyond the call of duty”.

David Stevenson, Chief Executive of George Green commented “at George Green we believe that clients are really everything which means putting clients at the centre of the business by finding out how we can best give them a competitive advantage and then, vitally, tailoring what we do so that we deliver on this .It is our clients that set the benchmarks for us to match up to and the expectations that we then do what it takes to exceed. It is an important part of our service promise that we do what is said on the tin and I am delighted therefore with the latest Legal 500 research which suggests indeed that we are doing just that.”
