Our Commercial Department is led by Partner, Stephen Wyer, who has over 20 years experience in an extensive range of commercial transactions, ranging from preparation of basic Terms and Conditions to more complex contractual arrangements.

Our approach is very much a pragmatic one, combining rigorous legal analysis with commercial acumen and an eye for the commercial objectives which you are seeking to achieve. We have experience in dealing with retention of title, data protection policies and distribution agreements.

Many of our clients come to see us as their “in house” Legal Counsel and we are always happy to field general enquiries or to talk matters through with our clients whenever required.

We also work with a number of other specialist professionals, including patent and trade mark attorneys, whenever access to such additional specialist advice is required and are happy to recommend such advisers to you.

Most of our work is either repeat business from existing clients or comes to us via recommendation from existing clients, demonstrating the high levels of client satisfaction with our service delivery.
