Our Clients
We advise a broad range of clients, but our focus is upon owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs and financial institutions and our team is structured accordingly. We have extensive experience in the management buy-in and management buy-out markets.
On average, we undertake around 60 transactions a year. Our clients’ activities are diverse from manufacturing, retail, sport and leisure to healthcare, insurance and financial services, to name but a few.
